Preliminary List of Deliveries (Weekly)

Deliverable 1: Mechanical Assembly – 50%

• Structure of the XY table partially assembled (rails, frame)
• First axis motion tested with manual positioning
• Initial mounting of robot (non-functional prototype)

Deliverable 2: Mechanical Assembly – 100%

• Complete XY table movement structure (with belts, pulleys, and mounts)
• Mounting of puppet with articulated limbs
• Endstop switches mechanically installed

Deliverable 3: Electronics – 100% / Software – 50%

• Wiring and power distribution fully installed
• Stepper and servo motor drivers connected and functional
• Raspberry Pi controlling basic movement (test scripts)
